I joined The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company in 1987 as an Accounting Clerk and have since benefited from Scotts active career development programme to move through key financial roles within the business at local UK levels up to Director level for the Global Professional business. The company offered a strong educational development programme and supported fully my qualification as a Certified Accountant.
For the past six years Scotts has actively encouraged my career experience to further widen and move into commercial sales, marketing and general management roles which has enabled progression to my current role of Regional Director for the UK and Ireland Professional team and part of the Scotts Global Professional Management team.
