Miracle-Gro Singles Wins Industry Award

Independent judges from the DIY, gardening and housewares industries recently assessed the merits of new products launched for the 2009 season. The Gold Award winner in the plant feeding category was Miracle-Gro Singles, Scotts new ready-measure sachets of their famous water soluble plant food.

This first prize winner impressed the judges with its easy to use sachets that are simply emptied into a watering can and topped up with 1 gallon of water to make a rich feeding solution for all garden plants. The award-winning format is perfect for busy gardeners to feed their plants, patio pots, hanging baskets and houseplants without fuss or bother. The ready-measured sachets are clean and convenient to use and regular Miracle-Gro feeding promises to grow plants twice as big as unfed ones!

Picking up the award for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company on the day was Fiona Ferguson, Activation Manager for Gardens category. Fiona said, “This was a hotly contested category and we were delighted to be judged the best new product.”
