Rainfast in just 10 minutes – inactivated when it touches the soil so seeds and plants can be sown, or planted, once liquid has dried

Weedol 2 contains traditional garden weedkiller granules in pre-measured sachets containing diquat – a weedkiller that has been taking care of weeds all round the garden for the last 45 years. Mixed with water it gives fast acting results on unwanted annual weeds and grasses that pop up in flower beds and borders, between shrubs and between rows of vegetables. It can also be used on paths and patios, under hedges, along fences, up against sheds and greenhouses, for ground clearance and on unwanted waste ground.

Light rain falling more than 10 minutes after application will not reduce its effect and weeds die in a few days. Visible results will be noticed most quickly when the weather is warm and sunny. Weedol 2 can be used throughout the year although in low light levels it will take longer to see results.

Weedol 2 does not have any harmful effects on soil. The weedkiller solution is completely inactivated once it touches the soil so seeds and plants can be sown or planted once the liquid has dried. Because it does not penetrate brown bark it can also be used close to the base of established trees and bushes.
