Systemically kills weeds in beds and borders, uncultivated ground and on surface such as paths and drives
Weedol Gun! Rootkill Plus is a new product that kills weeds right down to the roots so even the most stubborn perennial weeds won’t come back. Based on a formulation of glyphosate plus Pyraflufen Ethyl, this exclusive and unique formula delivers not only the fast acting visible results Weedol is famed for, but also systemic root kill, so those weeds stay dead. It’s specially recommended for use on perennial broad-leaved weeds and grasses such as docks, stinging nettles, thistles, couch grass, dandelions and creeping buttercups.
This pre-diluted ready-to-use formulation is approved for use all around the garden, including surfaces such as paths and drives. For best results spray the weeds with fine droplets to cover the whole weed foliage without drifting on to other wanted plants.

Weedol Rootkill Plus degrades in the soil to allow re-planting and children and pets can play on the treated area once dried. The ready-to-use packs are available as convenient 1 litre hand sprayer and larger sizes for spot treating larger areas.
Frequently asked questions
How soon will I see results? open/close
Weedol Rootkill Plus is a fast acting weedkiller showing visible results in just 2 days.
Does it kill the entire weed? open/close
Yes. Weedol Rootkill Plus contains two different weed killers, killing the weed from the inside and outside.
How soon can I replant in the treated area? open/close
As soon as the product has had time to dry. Weedol Rootkil Plus is only active in plants and is inactivated on contact with the soil. It is then broken down by soil micro organisms so that you can re-use the soil for re-planting. This includes edible crops.

All our products adhere to strict pesticide safety legislation and when used in accordance with the instructions do not pose a threat to children and pets. There is no need to restrict access to the treated area once the product has dried.
When is the best time to apply? open/close
Weeds need to be actively growing at the time of application, usually between February and November.
