How to Control Algae in the Lawn

Posted 20 Dec 2016

Hi Mr Murray,

Unfortunately, there are no chemicals that can be used on the market for algae in lawns, the only way to deal with it is making sure your lawn has good drainage and is fed throughout the year.

So following the steps you would take to remove moss from the lawn, will also help with algae and making sure to feed the lawn with a Spring feed and Autumn feed will provide the nutrients your lawn needs to stay strong and healthy.

Kind Regards
