Having broken my border spade handle I wish to contact Joseph Bentley (Solus) but I have not been able to find the correct e-mail.

Having broken my border spade handle I wish to contact Joseph Bentley (Solus) but I have not been able to find the correct e-mail.

Joseph Bentley border fork, registered with Bentleys ref 103521. I need a new handle and I should be able to fit it myself. I note that Solus were discontinuing the brand. Can you help?

Broken Joseph Bentley spade

A good outcome on this: Although Solus have discontinued the Joseph Bentley (JB) operation and advised me that they did not in fact take on the JB liabilities when JB was bought by them, because I had registered my JB tools they would honour the guarantee.

They did not have to do this but they sent me vouchers to spend on any garden items. It is very good to find a company which respects its customers!  Thank you Solus.
