Greenfingers is a national charity that creates magical and inspiring gardens for children's hospices around the UK. These gardens are for the children and families of those that use the hospices to enjoy. We are helping Greenfingers in its fabulous work by providing pallets of growing media and bark mulch at 10 of its new garden projects.

The charity has just opened its 44th garden, at Little Havens Hospice in Essex, and we were privileged to be invited to the grand opening.

This fully accessible and interactive Grow Your Own garden will allow seriously ill children cared for by Little Havens, and their families, to grow and harvest their own food - and enjoy the growing experience.

The garden was officially opened by Matthew Wilson, Greenfingers Chairman, in front of a large crowd of supporters, sponsors, staff, children and their families.
