We’re getting lots of RHS members visiting the Miracle Gro’wers Learning Journey gardens and plenty of lovely comments and compliments from those who stop to talk to the children.

Now that the RHS Chelsea Flower Show is open to visitors (Tuesday and Wednesday are reserved for RHS members) it’s all go, go, go as we’re being inundated with visitors desperate to look at the gardens and see what the children have been growing and how well they’ve got on.

Naturally, the talk of the show is our 2 Silver Flora Medals, which have pride of place on the gardens - except when the children pick them up to show them off to anyone walking past!

It has been marvellous having the children at the show and they have been great ambassadors for the gardens, for the schools they represent - and, of course, for themselves. Their enthusiasm for talking to the crowds is infectious, and no-one gets away from the gardens without taking away one of our colourful Miracle Gro’wers Learning Journey 2012 brochures!
