Terms and Conditions - Autumn competition

The promoter is: Evergreen Garden Care (UK) Ltd (company no. 10735156) whose registered office is at 1 Archipelago, Lyon Way, Frimley, Surrey GU16 7ER, United Kingdom
1. To enter the competition, you can either enter on Instagram or enter on Facebook via Gleam. On Instagram, you must follow @LoveTheGarden and comment on the competition post. On Facebook, you must enter via the Gleam competition app on the competition post pinned to the top of the Love The Garden Facebook page.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
3. The prize draw and competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. There are ten winners each winning a prize in this draw. Five winners will be selected at random on Facebook and five winners will be selected at random on Instagram.
4. The competition will launch on Monday 9th September 2019 12:00:00. Closing date for entry will be Monday 30th September 2019 23:59:59 PM. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Evergreen Garden Care (UK) Ltd reserve the right to extend the closing date without prior notice.
5. Ten winners will be selected at random after the closing date from all entries to each receive one prize as detailed in the competition. Each prize will only be sent to the winners of the competition and cannot be sent to other recipients that the winner requests.
6. Each prize consists of 1x Miracle-Gro® EverGreen® Autumn Lawn Care 3.5kg spreader. indicative value of each prize is approx £12.
7. The winners will be notified (using the details provided at entry) within 2 weeks of the closing date via the following methods: The chosen winners’ name will be posted as a comment on the competition post on the Love The Garden Facebook & Instagram account as well as a direct message or email being sent to the winner using the details provided.
8. If the Promoter cannot: (i) contact the winner (via the details provided at the date of entry) within 21 days; or (ii) the winner does not return details of their postal address to the Promoter within 21 days of notification that they have won the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a winner of the Promotion and thereafter until a winner on these terms is found.
9. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the Prize being lost, damaged or delayed in the post. The prize will be delivered using a courier service. The winner must be available to receive delivery of the prize via the courier service and the Promoter accepts no responsibility if the prize is unable to be delivered due to winner’s availability to sign for the prize delivery.
10. No cash alternative is available.
11. This prize is not transferable under any circumstances.
12. Lost prizes will not be reissued.
13. By entering any of Evergreen Garden Care (UK) Ltd online prize draws and competitions you agree to having your name published online.
14. The Promoter can alter these terms at any time.
15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
16. You are providing your information to Evergreen Garden Care (UK) Ltd and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://www.lovethegarden.com/privacy-and-cookies
17. Data provided for entry will only be used for the processing of the prize draw and will be destroyed within 8 weeks of all winners being contacted.
