Giveaway terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is Evergreen Garden Care UK Ltd whose registered office is at 1 Archipelago, Lyon Way, Frimley, Surrey GU16 7ER.
  2. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding residents of Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over at the date of entry, who receive the campaign email from Evergreen Garden Care UK Ltd and complete the gardening habits survey in accordance with these terms and conditions. Employees of Evergreen Garden Care UK Ltd, its affiliates, their immediate family members, and any person professionally connected with the administration of the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
  3. The prize draw is open to natural persons only. Entries submitted on behalf of companies, organisations, associations or any other legal entities will be excluded.
  4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
  5. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Route to entry for the giveaway and details of how to enter will be clearly explained within the social media post, email newslettter, or webpage on the Love The Garden page.
  7. Closing date for entry will be detailed on the relevant social media post, email or webpage on the Love The Garden page. After this date the no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter will be detailed on the social media post or webpage. This will usually require a comment on the post (for example: post a picture, ask us a question, etc), a survey or a form on our website (lovethegarden.com).
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The prize will be stated within the social media post or on the website. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  12. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  13. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered. Due to current circumstances prizes may be sent in multiple packages (if applicable).
  14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  16. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the campaign Privacy Notice, Evergreen Garden Care’s Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including the current UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  17. If applicable to the relevant giveaway, by uploading your photos to us you are giving us permission to possibly feature your image on our social media channels including Facebook and Instagram.
  18. Winners must be 18 years of age or over in order to win.
  19. Our giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Media. You are providing your information to Evergreen Garden Care. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
  20. A list of previous winners is available. Only your first name will be used.
