Levington® Tomorite® Concentrated Tomato Food is the country’s favourite liquid plant food for tomatoes, enriched with seaweed extract. It is ideal for tomatoes, vegetables and flowering pot plants and produces top quality, full flavoured tomatoes.
When to use
How to use Tomorite® Concentrated Tomato Food
Shake bottle well before use.
- Press firmly, push down and twist off cap.
- Add required amount to water and stir well.
- Apply diluted feed to base of plant, avoiding foliage.
Dosage rate: Use measure provided. Dilute 20ml in 4.5 litres of water for tomatoes/potatoes and dilute 10ml in 4.5 litres of water for peppers and aubergines.
Where and when to use Tomorite® Concentrated Tomato Food
Levington Tomorite Concentrated Tomato Food is recommended for feeding tomatoes and other flowering and fruiting plants growing under glass, out in the garden and in grobags or other patio containers.
- Greenhouse: Start feeding when first truss of of tomatoes (stem with small green fruits) has set. In soil feed at alternate waterings.
- Outdoors: Start feeding when second truss has set. In soil, feed every 7-14 days and use 4.5 litres for two plants.
- Gro-bags: Use 4.5 litres per bag. Outdoors, feed once a week. In greenhouses, increase to twice a week when second truss has set.
Can also be used for courgette, potato, pepper and aubergine. For pepper and aubergine, reduce rates to 10ml in 4.5 litres of water. Only feed when plants are actively growing, and first feeding not before two weeks after planting.

Cautions
- Wash hands after use and wash splashes from skin.
- Do not keep diluted feed.
- We recommend using gloves when gardening.
- Store out of direct sunlight, in a cool dry place between 5°C and 35°C out of the reach of children.
- Avoid over watering or allowing plants to dry out as this can cause damage to the roots.

Q1: When do I start feeding tomato plants with Tomorite®??
A1: If your plants are in a greenhouse, start feeding when the first truss of tomatoes (stem with small green fruits) has set. If outdoors, start feeding when the second truss has set.
Q2: Can I use Levington Tomorite Concentrated Tomato Food on my strawberries?
A2: Yes, you can use it on strawberries and on other plants where liquid feeding is required. Use at the diluted rate recommended on the bottle.
Q3: What is the coverage?
A3: The coverage per each pack size is as follows: 500ml Concentrate = makes 113 litres, 1 litre Concentrate = makes 225 litres, 2.5 litres Concentrate = makes 563 litres.

This concentrated tomato food is easy to use and has clear instructions. It has a measuring cup that’s attached to the lid making it easy to measure the correct amount for the right dilution. This is a tomato plant feed but I also used it on my other growing vegetable plants like courgettes and peppers and it worked equally well. It ensures that growing plants receive the nutrients needed for high quality produce. This 1L bottle lasts quite well as only a small amount of it is needed to dilute since it is very concentrated.

I use this regularly on most of my vegetables not just tomatoes and for other plants in my garden. It’s very easy to mix with water and I usually just use a watering can. I’ve noticed healthier plants and increased yield because of it. My tomatoes love this and their growth is exceptional. It’s easy to store and the bottle keeps it fresh. I honestly find this is the best food for tomatoes veggies and other container plants. If any of my garden plants and flowers need a boost this does the job. Everything stays healthy nourished and happy. Very pleased.

This product is easy to use with clear instructions. It can be used for most plants fruits and vegetables. It's very good and my plants are growing healthily and strongly. However it is an expensive product for this bottle size.

Helped save my tomato plants

I stupidly left my tomato plants out overnight while weathering them. Unfortunately this meant that all the leaves wilted and I had to trim them right back to the stalk.Although this product is for the fruiting stage I had nothing to lose at this point so gave it a go. I used it in 2 of my plants and left one without as a comparison. The 2 that I added it to (2nd photo) have grown back bigger than they were before the incident and the one that didn’t (3rd photo) is only now starting to grow new leaves. So far so good I would say. The product is easy to use with simple directions.I am unable to comment currently on if it improves fruiting but I am confident it will. If it will allow me to update this review once they fruit I will. I really like that it contains natural ingredients as the reason I started my growing journey is to avoid as many toxins as possible in our diets. It seems good value for money and I imagine one bottle will last quite a while.

This Tomato Food comes in an easy to hold bottle (grips on the side stop it slipping) and is simple to use. Unlike other tomato feed I have used this bottle has a measuring cup which clips securely on the top so you can easily measure out the amount you need ready for diluting.While it is a little early in the season to tell the effectiveness of Tomorite (you start using it outdoors after the second truss of tomatoes has pea sized fruit) I can confirm that it is easy to use with clear instructions. It’s helpful that you can use it on other crops too and that it gives instructions for them.

I've been using Tomorite for this current growth and it's consistently delivered excellent results. This concentrated tomato feed is easy to mix and apply and it noticeably boosts the health and productivity of my plants. Within a couple of weeks of use the leaves become greener and the plants start producing more flowers and eventually better-quality fruit. I've used this on the Tom's peppers and cucumber. One of the things I appreciate most is its high potash and seawead content which really helps with flowering and fruit development—not just for tomatoes but also for peppers and even container-grown strawberries. It’s versatile and goes a long way if diluted correctly.The only minor drawback is that being a liquid concentrate it requires careful measurement to avoid overfeeding. But that’s a small trade-off for the great results.

What a brilliant product. Despite being marketed as tomato food this product is great for lots of plants. I have spent years and a small fortune buying different feed for various plants and shrubs in my garden. But having mixed some Tomorite to feed my fledgling tomato plants I had some left and poured it over my very sorry looking roses. A couple of days later I went outside to see them looking much more perky and beginning to bud more. I have since used it to feed some bedding plants which are also coming along nicely. I definitely won’t be buying multiple products in the future just Tomorite.

Definitely notice the difference of using this once a week in the garden and potting shed. Easy to use and good value for money. My sunflowers and Lavender seem to be growing much better with this feed.

Livingston tomatoes is the first time I used it. It is easy to use first time using a product for my tomatoes I believe this would be great for my tomato plant the tomato will get all the nutrition they need. The package is strong.

I found this easy to mix and use. My plants love this food and i find that any sort of plant thrives on this especially tomato and vegetable plants it seems to give them a great boost. The bottle is huge as well so it lasts quite a whileI would highly recommend it.

This is great value for money! The bottle is a great size making it last ages as you don’t need much per plant. I have been using on multiple plants apart from the obvious tomato plant and I’ve seen great results so far! Looking forward to continuing to use it.

Very economical and effective compared to the big named expensive brands. My sparce olive tree has since become lush and now with fruits. I now use this on most of my garden plants except the ericaceous plants which I feed differently and still use banana skins for my roses. Highly recommended!
