Patio Magic!® Concentrate is a hard surface cleaner for patios, paths, driveways and other outdoor areas. The concentrated formula is diluted and applied with a watering can or sprayer to remove green mould and algae, helping to restore a brighter finish. Suitable for use on paving, bricks, concrete, decking and many other outdoor surfaces, Patio Magic!® works without the need for scrubbing or pressure washing. It is ideal for refreshing tired outdoor spaces and reducing slippery growths that can make surfaces hazardous.
When to use
How to use
Patio Magic!® is quick and easy to use without the need for hard work. Just dilute the concentrate in a watering can or low-pressure garden sprayer and thoroughly wet the affected surface, then simply leave it to dry. Patio Magic!® does the hard work without the need for acids, bleach or scrubbing.
Patio Magic!® kills green mould and algae quickly, showing visible results in 2 to 4 days and goes on cleaning over the following weeks.
Where to use
Outdoor paved areas, patios, paths, driveways and walls, greenhouse or conservatory glass, perspex, garden furniture. Whilst this product leaves no deposits or stains, it is recommended that you test on a small area if unsure.
When to use
Treat in dry weather, when no rain is expected for 24 hours after treatment.
Coverage
This pack treats up to 170m², depending on level of soiling.
Cautions
To avoid risks to man and the environment, comply with the instructions for use.
- Children: Patio Magic!® is non-acidic and contains no bleach. But, as with any household cleaner, please take normal precautions and keep our products out of reach of children.
- Pets: as a precaution, keep pets and wildlife off the treated surfaces until they are dry (if they accidentally walk or sit on the wet surfaces, then promptly rinse their paws or fur in clean water).
- Plants: do not splash or spray directly onto plants; if you do this by mistake, then simply flush them with plenty of water.
- Fish: do not allow any run-off into fish-tanks or ponds, or contact with any aquatic life.

Q1: When can children and pets return to the areas treated?
A1: Children and pets can return to the treated areas once they have fully dried.
Q2: Can I use this product on my greenhouse?
A2: Yes. Patio Magic!® can be used on a wide range of outdoor surfaces such as patios, tarmac and asphalt driveways, painted and glazed pots, garden ornaments, brickwork, masonry, York stone, concrete, greenhouses, conservatories, PVC, caravans, tennis courts and other artificial play/sports surfaces.
Q3: Do I need to jet wash the surface before I apply Patio Magic!®?
A3: No. Pressure-washing is messy and takes a surprising amount of time. It often roughens surfaces, thereby encouraging rapid algal re-growth. Patio Magic!® is a dynamic algaecidal detergent which works without the need for manual scrubbing or pressure-washing - and it takes just minutes to apply.
Q4: When will I see results?
A4: The primary function of Patio Magic!® products is to kill green mould and algae and lichens you will normally see the results of this within 2-4 days. Some lichens can be very hardy and results may take longer.
Q5: How long will it help prevent re-growth for?
A5: Protection can last for about 6-9 months after the first treatment, subsequent treatments can help extend the length of protection. Areas permanently in the shade, or prone to collecting water will have a reduced period of prevention.
Q6: What is the coverage?
A6: The coverage per each pack size is as follows: 2.5 litre Patio Magic!® concentrate = 85 square metres, 5 litre Patio Magic!® concentrate = 170 square metres, 5 litre Patio Magic!® ready to use spray with power sprayer = 35 square metres.

I received this product complimentary off influencer for my honest review. The Patio Magic came in a decent sized 5L container. After following the Instructions I diluted and used a watering can to pour over our brick paving in the garden we have a lot of algae marks and general scuff I tried a small area I did not want to go ahead and waste time by doing a lot! I left it and the next day it rained so I didn't really do anything else the brick was definitely cleaner over several uses and I did wash it of myself once or twice as it left a few marks but I just threw a bowl of water out and it was fine. It is a really good product but I can't give it 5 as I did wash a bit of myself. It may have been the way I diluted so I can't complain. I am just waiting to see how long it stays clean for as it claims.

This product really had no effect on my patio and walls. I suffer from green alge and it didnt shift. I woukd not recxomend this product. I followed the instructions but it wasnt for me im afriad. Very eastmy to use. Quite hard to tip the bottle in to another bottle.

This product is amazing I had a whole patio filled with green mould and after one treatment the mould has disappeared it’s also suitable to use indoors as a pre paint fungicide treatment which I will also be trying out the packaging is great and the instructions are so simple to follow just dilute one part of the product and four parts water and spray
Slow acting cleaner

I have sprayed my path forgot to take a picture but it states it’s best left for over 45 days to actually kill the growth that’s on it. So I’m hoping in the next few weeks I’ll see the difference in that nothing will grown back on the stones. And the hopefully save me having to spray them again. As with having a dog it’s difficult to keep him out of the garden whilst I’m in there. I’ve heard good things about the product m so keeping my fingers crossed.

This is an excellent product! It not only comes in a big bottle but it is easy to use. It really makes a difference to mould and dirty garden tiles. I have used this for a few weeks now and got great long lasting results. This means that I can go for long periods without having to use this treatment which makes this excellent value for money. This doesnt have a very strong scent and it hasn't effected any of the plants around the tiles. So this is somewhat good for the environment. I have yet to try this indoors but I think I will get similar results. Highly recommend this product.

Never used a product like this before but let me tell you something I would highly recommend! I struggled with staining and green stuff on my step and never found anything that could clean it effectively. Well this made it so much easier! Spray and left it on for the desired time and then rinsed it off. It’s been a free weeks now and it’s still clean as ever. I didn’t have to use a lot of this will last me a long time. Best result are to use in a spray bottle so you can get the full affect and coat all areas. Highly recommended product for sure!!

Patio magic was quite a process in my opinion. We used the whole 5 litres for our patio. Diluted and poured with watering can we have a dog do had to stop him from going out and stepping on it. Once it was poured and dried in it did leave water marks so we have jet washed it all today and all of the slabs have come up really clean. I would add that there was no scrubbing needed. No mould moss or algae is present now. Happy with end result but can’t say it can just be left hence giving it 3 stars.

This bottle is like magic my garden slabs look if there are new now! Easy to use and mix. There wasn’t a smell to the this solution. The bottle is easy to store. Definitely will be buying more for my front garden.

This is great. Patio all sprayed was really green and a fee hours left on and looks much better and cleaner. Easy to use just put a spray bottle. Comes in a really big bottle which is good and lasts

I have used this magical concentrate product on my fence panels. Didn’t like the green on it it is really effective and works well for me. It took all green from wood and really happy with results. Pa bred 20 panels and still a bit left.

Easy to use and cover my patio. Noticed a different pretty quickly on the patio which was impressive. Will see how long it lasts before needs retreating but impressed so far. This is a large amount as well so easy to do large areas and will last a while so good value for money.
A cost effective way of cleaning a path of drivewa

Patio magic does a good job of killing algae which was on the path. The path felt slippy underfoot before but now feels safe to walk on again. I think professional jet washing would do an evening better job however this is costly so for the prize I would say that patio magic does a really good job. I also found that it works better when the weather forecast is dry and sunny for a few days it seems to help the product work more. Overall I would recommend it.

I love this stuff. Works great using it around march/April time when we eventually have a few dry days. I used it with the manual sprayer which was good but think it can be put in to a watering can too. I make sure the dog doesn’t go out in to the back garden for a few days as it says keep pets away from it. It does smell quite strong so I would recommend using gloves after a few days my patio and brick work looked a lot better getting rid of the green algae etc. this will make pressure washing a lot easier this year too thanks to patio magic.

I have used this for the fist time and I can say it’s quite an effective product for dealing with green mould and algae on patio. It’s super easy to use just dilute it as directed and pour or spray it onto the surface. I did scrub with the brush and left it for an hour. The green mould starts to disappear and surfaces look noticeably cleaner. I will have to use it again after couple of weeks as first time it didn’t clear the algae completely. But still happy with the results I achieved for the first time.

This patio magic is fantastic. I used it on my patio in my back garden. It was really dirty after the winter. We sprayed it onto the slabs and it was so effective. It removed all the marks on the patio and left it clean and mark free. My slabs looked brand new. I think the size of the bottle was really good value for money and is still have some left.
