Miracle-Gro® Mosskill Liquid Lawn Care is a liquid feed and moss control treatment for lawns that have become thin and dominated by moss. The fast-acting formula kills moss while feeding the grass to encourage greener, thicker growth. Applied through a watering can or sprayer, this liquid treatment is ideal for revitalising tired lawns in spring and autumn. Regular use helps grass crowd out moss and bare patches, improving the overall health and appearance of your lawn.
When to use
How to use
Use measuring cap provided and shake well before use.
- Fit a watering can with a sprinkle bar. For best results, a pressure sprayer is recommended.
- Application rate: dosing cap = 50 mL. Dilute 150 mL into 9 L of water in a watering can to treat 10 m². Dilute 150 mL into 500 mL water in a pressure sprayer to treat 10 m².
- Do not exceed the recommended dose. The moss will turn black between 7 to 14 days. Once blackened rake out. Avoid walking on treated areas until dry.
Where to use
Outdoors on front and back lawns.
When to apply
Apply when the weather is fair, soil is damp and there is no risk of frost or imminent rain.
Mow 3 days before application and then do not mow again until 4 days after application, to allow the product time to work.
Do not apply to lawns that are less than 6 months old.
Coverage
This pack treats up to 67 m².
Fertiliser analysis
Nitrogen fertiliser solution 27 0 0 with iron.

This product does exactly what it says on the container. I followed the instructions on the back and diluted it as needed and proceeded to spread on a section of lawn that had moss. Within a few days the moss started to clear up and I was really impressed. The lawn was looking healthier as well and it's been a few weeks now and it seems to be growing rapidly and full.

I used Miracle-Gro Mosskill on my lawn this spring and I was genuinely impressed with how quickly it worked. Within a few days the grass looked greener and the moss started turning black just like the bottle said. It was really easy to apply with a watering can and I liked that it fed the lawn at the same time—definitely saved me a step. For the price I thought it offered great value especially since it covered a good area.That said it’s not a magic fix. I still had to rake out the dead moss after a week or so and there were a few bare patches that needed reseeding. Also I made the mistake of getting some on the paving slabs and it left stains so be careful with that. Overall though it did exactly what I needed and I’d definitely use it again.

Wow wow wow!!! I didn't think this would actually work! I mixed a few lids of thuanwith water in my watering can and went over the grass in the back garden the very next day all the moss had changed colour and started to die fast forward to around 6 or 7 days and its all gone like literally all gone you get plenty in the bottle that should last you awhile as you really dont need to use much for how effective it is nothing else gets effected from this solution so it's perfectly safe to use on the garden amazing
Hard to get timing right but good for moss killing

I have used the product once so far as its hard to be able to follow the instructions. You have to use it when conditions are not too dry and as we are in very warm weather this has been difficult you also have to do it 4 days before mowing and 3 days after mowing so you have to hope the weather man is on point as it’s not to be used when heavy rain is due. I can’t say I have noticed a huge improvement I have found dead moss so that’s good but the lawn doesn’t look much greener but this could be due to the dry weather drying out the lawn. Be interesting to see how it works after I use it a few more times.

Wouldn't recommend it didn't do anything for our lawn. If anything we have more moss now than before. Followed all information on the packet. Also has a weird smell.

Effective and easy to apply moss killer. Has a lid to aid measurements of liquid needed. Applied the correct dosage with a watering can and the liquid did the rest!
Green green grass - a pick me up for our lawn

Our lawn had recently gathered a bit of moss lately and wasn’t looking as luscious as it usually does so I was excited to try the moss kill liquid lawn care. It was very easy to use and has a measuring jug to help you mix the right quantity for precision. It has a very strong scent but a little does go quite far. After a week our lawn is looking much better than before. Although it hasn’t fully got rid of everything it has made a vast improvement.

I’ve been strugglling for grass to grow on my front garden for a while the packet is quite big so you get a lot for your money and since using this my grass has started coming through

I took some pictures before during and after the week. Some areas i thought were moss turned out not to be. The product did very well to highlight which areas were moss and killed off and they turned very black. However trying to get the dead moss out of the lawn was not as easy as they make it out to be we raked plenty out but the ground is still black and we've had to sew new lawn seed to fill the gaps. I would not choose to repurchase personally.

This works much better than granules. It doesn't scorch the grass if you don't get the dosage right allowing you to control the amount you use each time. It definitely helps kill moss although you have to scrape the dead moss away - don't leave that step out. Well worth the money

Great product the scent was incredibly strong though. Did exactly what it says on the bottle it was really effective. The packaging was safe and secure considering the contents it was fine to look at to the bottle is huge and did my entire front garden! Around sound product.

I tested the Miracle-Gro Mosskill Liquid Lawn Care 1L and was impressed with the results. The application was simple using a watering can and I noticed visible moss reduction within a week. The grass began to green up quickly and looked much healthier overall. This product is effective for early-season lawn revival and works well on patches with dense moss. A great addition to any lawn care routine!

It is 1 L bottle and you need 150ml to 9 litres of water applied evenly over 10m if using a watering can like I did. It also gives you an instructions how to use it with sprayer.It took around 10 days to moss to turn black after that you can rake it out.One bottle treats up to 67 m2 area.

The product arrived well packaged and really well wrapped . I used this product all over my back garden that's struggling to grow . After just a week I can already see improvement. The smell isn't overwhelming and I'd definitely say it's value for money. Highly recommended.

Had high hopes for this product but it failed miserably. It did turn the moss black but nothing has grown back. I used as directed but sadly I do not recommend this product.
