When to use

How to use

Apply as a fine spray to thoroughly wet the leaves and stems of infested plants, but avoid direct application to open flowers. Ensure the lower surface of leaves is thoroughly wetted.

Pesticide resistance in aphids and glasshouse whitefly is widespread. Where resistant pests are present BugClear Ultra 2 Gun! is unlikely to give control.

Any run-off onto undesirable surfaces should be washed away, as staining may occur if the solution is allowed to dry.

Shake well before use.

  1. Press down firmly on top of trigger head immediately behind yellow nozzle to depress safety tab. At the same time, twist nozzle to ‘SPRAY’ position (¼ turn either way).
  2. Apply spray evenly ensuring contact with the pests but avoiding run-off.
  3. Turn the nozzle to stop position after use.

Spray at first sign of insects or symptoms and repeat as necessary until clear. The best time to spray is early morning or early evening, avoiding bright sunshine. Do not use BugClear Ultra 2 Gun! during periods of high temperature (above 25°C) or when temperatures might become high or during periods of high light intensity. Avoid spraying on blooms and young leaves as these may react sensitively.

Where to use

BugClear Ultra 2 Gun! is ideal for ornamental plants. Some plants may be sensitive to oils. It is always advisable to test a sample of plants, by treating them and leaving for at least two weeks, before treating a large or valuable collection. Do not treat sensitive species of floral plants with delicate foliage (e.g. cyclamens, ferns, etc). Some varieties of dahlia and nasturtium may be particularly sensitive to BugClear Ultra 2 Gun! Do not spray directly onto blooms.

Keep off skin. Do not breathe spray. Wash hands and exposed skin after use. Direct spray away from ponds and other surface water bodies. Do not contaminate water with the product or its container. Do not empty into drains.

Dangerous to bees. To protect bees and pollinating insects do not apply to plants when in flower. Do not use where bees are actively foraging. Do not apply when flowering weeds are present.

Contains rapeseed oil extracted from oil seed rape and pyrethrins, a chrysanthemum flower extract.
